Christopher Lopez

Christopher was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. Section 14 will be his second project he’s done with Green Room Theatre. Earlier this year, he was also in Maggie Magalita and Witchland which played at the Revolution Stage Theatre. Lately, he’s been making his own films with Breeze Block Entertainment; which is a film production team that he and his friends started. Lastly, Christopher would like to dedicate to his family and friends.

With 14 years of enriching theater experience under her belt, Dawnielle has captivated audiences with her dynamic performances on stage. Transitioning seamlessly to the screen, she’s spent the last four years delving into the intricacies of on-screen storytelling, leaving a lasting impression with her authenticity and depth. Committed to her craft, Dawnielle dedicates time each week to refining her skills through acting classes, ensuring continuous growth and evolution as an artist. When not immersed in the world of acting, Dawnielle works tirelessly as a nurse, demonstrating compassion and care in all endeavors. Balancing a demanding career with a bustling family life, she embodies resilience and dedication both on and off the stage.

Eddie Stephens

Eddie Stephens moved to the Coachella Valley in 2019 from Grand Rapids, MI. In 2017 at the age of 57, following a successful 30 year career as a corporate executive, Eddie decided to pursue his lifelong dream of being an actor. Since then he has appeared in over 20 productions, in both Michigan and California. His performances have garnered him multiple award nominations and accolades. In 2017, Eddie was the 1st non-Equity actor in the U.S. to play Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in ALL THE WAY, earning him a Grand Award nomination. In 2022, Eddie was awarded the prestigious Desert Theatre League award, for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy, for his role in I OUGHTA BE IN PICTURES, at Desert TheatreWorks. Eddie is married to Deamaire, his wife of 40 years, and loves spending time with his sons, daughter in laws and grandson.

Janae Morris

Janae Morris, is a student at El Camino College finishing her AA degree, and excited to continue avidly pursuing her BA degree in education and theatre in the year 2024! Janae has received a certificate of completion from OC Acting Studios. Her scholastic achievements in dance artistry underpins her passion for mentoring youth and young adults. Janae’s love for theatre extends into the artistic domain of acting in short films, on-stage productions, and directing children’s plays. She has most recently performed in the 2023 “Amélie”, “Book of Days”, 2022 “Taming of The Shrew”, “Dear Harvey”, “Spring Awakening”, “Everybody”, and has previously worked behind the scenes in costumes, make-up, stage crew, and assistant stage manager, & more! She’d like to thank God, her family, friends, fellow cast, crew, and design team for their support and encouragement!

Jaqueline Lopez

Jaqueline is an up-and-coming actress with her sights set on Hollywood. She is an actress and writer looking to make films with her friends under Breeze Block Entertainment. You might have seen her in May West’s “Drag” and she’s fresh off her first improv debut. “Thank you for being here tonight! Jonathan Oaxaca-Sanchez

Jonathan Oaxaca, a former Emmy-winning journalist, worked for Telemundo and MVS radio in El Paso, Texas. Later, he moved to California and worked for Univision and NBC Palm Springs. He now focuses on filmmaking.

Ronald Douglass

Ronald is excited to be working with and appearing in his first production with Green Room. With a background mostly in Film and TV, he has previously starred in AMC’s True Crime Stories-Smugshot, Discovery Channel’s Hustlers, Gamblers & Crooks as well as Commercials for Stater Bros. Markets, Hubbell Electrical, and The Los Angeles County Health Department.  Theatre work includes roles in Shrek the Musical with Palm Canyon Theatre (Papa Bear), Soulmates (Charlie), and My Son the Corpse (David) in North Hollywood. He currently studies Improv with The Groundlings Theatre & School and The Dan Gauthier Acting Studio. In his spare time, he likes to cook and garden. Ronald would like to thank his family and friends for all their support.

Zachary Furtado

Zachary Furtado is an actor and comedian from Palm Desert. Aside from recent short film work, he regularly performs stand-up comedy in the Coachella Valley. Currently, he is a member of the Palm Springs comedy troupe, the “Desert Drolleries” where he performs improv, stand-up, and sketch comedy. His most recent theatrical role was “Brady” in “Main Character.” He is honored to be working alongside such amazing people for this production!

Zelaya Sanchez

Zelaya took her first dance class as a toddler and has remained a dancer her entire life. At fourteen years old, she was the only Freshman to make the Dance Team at Cathedral City High School. By fifteen, she was able to transfer to the brand new Rancho Mirage High School where she began Musical Theatre based training. She had the opportunity to join Musical Theatre University, a conservatory program that gave her the chance to have one-on-one Voice lessons, Dance classes, Acting classes and Master classes from Broadway professionals, and most importantly, experience in fully staged Musicals alongside professional, adult actors. While simultaneously being a Captain of RMHS’s Dance Team and belonging to a Musical Theatre conservatory, she also eventually became a captain of the first generation of iLLusionists, the first competing Hip Hop Youth Dance crew of its kind based out of the Coachella Valley. In 2018 at the age of 20, Zelaya became an active member of the Theatre Department at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA. That year, she played the role of Lulu in “Cabaret” the musical. Zelaya is now twenty five and lives in Orange County. She is an Activist, Dance Instructor and Music & Art event planner.
