Green Room Theatre Company Coachella Valley (GRTCCV) is a professionally oriented, 501(C)3 non profit theatre company in its fifteenth successful season, serving the culturally and economically diverse communities of the Coachella Valley from Palm Desert to Thermal.

Green Room Theatre Company is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team at our Coachella office. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to promote and celebrate the performing arts. Join us in creating unforgettable theatrical experiences for audiences across the region!

Responsibilities:
Assist with light administrative tasks, including correspondence and data input
Prepare and send thank you notes to donors, sponsors, and supporters
Maintain organized records and files
Assist in managing schedules and appointments
Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in data entry
Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
